Reflexology in Holmfirth

A full traditional reflexology treatment, working points on the feet to help you switch off and feel more balanced.

About this treatment

Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that applies varying amounts of pressure to reflex points on the feet. Each reflex is connected to certain organs and bodily systems, and working on specific pressure points can help improve things such as stress, immune function, hormonal imbalance and digestive issues. Most people also find it deeply relaxing.

Every session with Abbie starts with a short conversation about how you are and what you'd like from the treatment, so no two sessions are quite the same.

Questions about reflexology

How often should I have reflexology?

That's up to you. Some clients come weekly or fortnightly for a few sessions, then monthly. Others book whenever they need time out. Abbie can suggest a rhythm after your first visit.

Is there anyone who shouldn't have reflexology?

Reflexology is suitable for most people, but Abbie will ask about your health first. If you have a condition such as a DVT or an infection, please get in touch before booking to check the treatment is suitable for you.
